Updates
1. Update the “Offer” used in your marketing ads:
- If you would like to update the offer being used in your marketing ads, please submit the form below and we will update your account with your new offer.
2. Upload Existing Customer list:
- For Reputation Driver, Appointment Reminders, Monthly Newsletter
- Click here for Import List page
- Scroll to bottom of page, select “All Customers” from “select email system” pull-down
- Choose file on your computer where customer data is stored
- Click “Next”
- Click “Next”
- Alternative: enter single patient email address
- You will receive Mobile App alerts when each Reputation Driver Survey is completed. You can also view “Testimonials” to date
3. Send eblast
- Click here to type email
- Use “select an email system” pull-down to choose list you want to send eblast to (“All Customers” for existing customers or “Neighborhood Blitz” for prospects)
- Type in Subject and content for email
- Click “Send Message”
4. Download Mobile app:
- Go to App Store page and download app to your iphone/ipad
- Login/password same as the one you use for this “Updates” page
- Mobile App offers lead alerts w/ details, reputation driver survey alerts w/ details, Testimonial alerts w/ details, Upload Video (Testimonial or Tip) and Upload Social Post (blog, facebook, twitter, google+, linkedin)
5. Upload Social Post
- If you’d prefer to upload a Social Post from your computer instead of from the Mobile App, Click here to upload social post
- Type in Subject and content for post
- Choose sites to “Publish to” by checking appropriate boxes (blog, facebook, twitter, google+, linkedin)
- Save as Sequential Post” and set hours to “0″ to post immediately
